The services provided by Iranoan Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") are governed by the following terms and conditions. (7) "Password" means a cipher consisting of a combination of alphanumeric characters created by a Customer.

(8) "Email address" means the email address registered for the Service by Service Users with the Service.

(9) "Point" means a virtual currency that can be used within the Site.

(10) "Products" refers to products that can be purchased within the Site.

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

(1) Service Users must use the Site in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use, and may not use the Site unless they agree to these Terms of Use.

(2)At the time Service Users complete the procedures for agreeing to these Terms of Use on the registration screen of the Site, a contract of use in accordance with the various provisions of these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Usage Contract") is formed between Service Users and united, and Service Users are bound by these Terms of Use. Article 3 (Contents of the Services)

(3) Service Users may not object to changes in, or termination of provision of, the Service by united, nor may they claim compensation for damages or make any other claims.

(4) In the event of termination of provision of the Service, prior notice shall be given to Service Subscribers in a manner determined by united.

Article 4 (Application for Use)

(1) If a subscriber wishes to use the Service, the subscriber shall access the Site, agree to the Terms of Service, and submit an application for use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Service Application" in this Article). (1) If you wish to use the Service, you shall access the Site, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit an application to use the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Service Usage Application" in this Article).

(7) This Agreement and the Point Usage Agreement define the arrangements between the Company and the Service Users for the use of the Paid Services on https://www.iranoan.com, which is planned, developed, operated and provided by the Company.

(8) All users of paid services shall abide by these Terms of Use.

Article 5 (Termination of Service Usage Contracts by Service Users)

Service Users may cancel Service Usage Contracts at any time by following cancellation procedures on the Service or other cancellation procedures separately designated by united.

Article 6 (Registration for Use of the Service)

(1) Service Users must prepare, at their own expense and responsibility, the terminals, telecommunications equipment, software, contracts for Internet access, and other preparations necessary for Service Users to use the Service.

(2) united shall not be involved in, and shall not be responsible for, the environment in which Service Users use the Services.

(3) Service Users may use their own e-mail address as their e-mail address for the Service by registering it at the time of registration. Please note that e-mail addresses cannot be changed on the site. If a Service User registers an incorrect e-mail address or changes his/her e-mail address, the Company will make the change after confirming the identity of the registered e-mail address.

(4) As a general rule, each Service User may only have one account, and the possession of multiple accounts is prohibited. In the event that a Service User is found to be in possession of multiple accounts, united will delete the accounts held by said Service User without prior notice. In this case, all points charged to the deleted account will be forfeited.

(5) If the Company determines that the operation of the Site is difficult, the Company may restrict Service Users from using the Service until such factors are resolved.

Article 7 (Account Management)

(1) Users may use the information they have registered for use (hereinafter referred to as "Registration Information"). (1) Users shall register and manage the information they have registered for use (including e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, passwords, etc.) under their own responsibility. Users shall not allow any third party to use the information, or lend, transfer, change the name of, sell, or otherwise dispose of the information.

(3) In the event that the unauthorized use of registration information causes damage to the Company or a third party, the user shall compensate the Company and the third party for such damage.

(4) Users shall manage their registration information under their own responsibility, and we shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by users due to inaccurate or false registration information.

(5) In the event that it is discovered that registration information has been stolen or used by a third party, Users shall immediately notify the Company to that effect and comply with instructions from the Company.

Article 8 (Obligations of Service Users)

1 Service Users shall not engage in any of the following acts with regard to the Service, unless otherwise expressly permitted by united.

(3) Causing undue disadvantage or damage to the Company or any third party

(4) Use of any of the features of the Service for any purpose other than the intended use

(6) Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party

(7) Infringement of privacy or portrait rights of the Company or any third party

(8) Leakage of confidential information of the Company or a third party

(9) Provision to a third party of information that can be viewed within the Service

(10) Provision of personal information of a third party without the consent of the person concerned

(11) Defamation of the Company or any third party

(12) Injuring the reputation or credibility of the Company or any third party

(13) Impersonate the Company or any third party

(14) Use of a third party's account information

(15) Falsifying or deleting information recorded in the system used to provide the Services

(16) Transmission of harmful computer programs, etc., or making them available for transmission at the request of the Company or a third party

(17) Advertise, promote, or solicit other services or products, or groups or organizations

(18) Interfere in the provision of the Services or other business activities

(19) Transmit information that contains computer viruses or other harmful computer programs

(20) Interference with telecommunications equipment (including, but not limited to, servers) used to provide the Services. Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

Service Users agree that united will handle Service Users' personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Deletion of Information pertaining to Service Users)

1 united will delete Service Users' information (including, but not limited to, account information, in-app currency, and information related to paid services) when a Service Usage Contract with a Service User is terminated. 2 SOFTBANK TELECOM will delete the Service Users' information.

2 united will not restore, etc. information pertaining to Service Users deleted in accordance with the preceding paragraph.

Article 11 (Rights Related to Services)

Intellectual property rights and other rights related to content, information, etc. provided by united to Service Users through the Service shall belong to united or third parties that have granted united the rights.

Article 12 (Regarding Products)

1 Delivery shall be made by Yamato Transport Co.

2 In principle, delivery will be made within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the shipping request.

Tracking of the shipment after 4:30 p.m. may be reflected around the following evening.

3 The Company will not be held responsible for any damage or other problems that may occur during shipment.

4 The Company may stop the delivery of products if any violation of the Terms of Service by the Service User is recognized before the delivery of the relevant products. united shall not be liable to compensate for any damages resulting from such suspension.

5 After united delivers a product to a Service User, if the product is returned to the Service User due to refusal of receipt or unknown destination, and the Service User does not follow the procedures for resending the product, the Service User shall lose all rights to the product in question. Even in such a case, the Company shall not be liable for any compensation or damages.

6 Please note that we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding delivery dates, etc.

7 This system links the product name to the sales price. In the event that an image does not match the product name, the product name will take precedence. Please forgive us in advance.

Article 13 (Relationship with Settlement Agencies, etc.)

1 When disputes arise between Service Users and the billing settlement companies or settlement agents used by united for this Service over fees for this Service or other monetary obligations, said Service Users and said companies shall resolve said disputes, and united shall not be involved in said disputes and shall assume no responsibility whatsoever.

2 If the dispute in the preceding paragraph arises due to reasons attributable to Service Users, and if united suffers damages as a result, said Service Users shall compensate united for any and all damages suffered by united.

Article 14 (Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)

In any of the following cases, united may temporarily suspend provision of all or part of the Service without incurring any obligation for compensation for damages or any other reason.

(1) In the event of maintenance or inspection of facilities for providing the Service.

(2) When provision of the Service is interrupted due to fire, power outage, etc.

(3) In the event of hindrance to the provision of the Service due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, eruptions, floods, tsunamis, etc.

(4) In the event of hindrance to the provision of the Services due to war, upheaval, riot, disturbance, labor disputes, spread of infectious diseases, or declaration of a state of emergency, etc.

(5) When the Company deems it necessary to temporarily postpone or suspend provision of the Service for operational or technical reasons.

Article 15 (Restrictions on Use, etc.)

1 united may, without prior notice to Service Users, take measures such as suspension of use of the Service or termination of Service Usage Contracts (hereinafter in this Article referred to as "Usage Restrictions, etc.") when united deems that a Service User falls under any of the following items. Service Users may take the following measures without prior notice.

(1) In the event of unauthorized use of the Service by a third party due to the leakage of Service Users' passwords, or in the event of unauthorized use of other services by unauthorized third parties by united, or in the event of the threat of such unauthorized use.

(2) When it is determined that the Company's business will be hindered by the Service User's conduct.

(3) When multiple accounts have been obtained (prohibited behavior).

(4) When a Service User violates or is likely to violate the Terms of Service.

(5) In addition to the preceding items, the Company deems it necessary to take measures to restrict use.

2 In no event shall united be liable for any damages incurred by Service Users as a result of united taking measures to restrict usage in accordance with Paragraph 1.

3 When a Service Usage Contract is terminated in accordance with this Article, Service Users shall forfeit the benefit of time with regard to debts owed to united, and must immediately fulfill all obligations to united.

Article 16 (Disclaimer)

1 Unless otherwise stipulated in the Terms, united shall not compensate Service Users for damages incurred, and Service Users may not make claims against united for such damages. In addition, Service Users shall be responsible for resolving any damages caused to third parties as a result of the use or termination of the Service, and united shall not be held responsible for any such damages. However, this shall not apply if such damage was caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

2. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under the Service Usage Contract arising from acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, fire caused by the spread of fire, flood, amendment or abolition of laws and regulations, power failure, intervention by public authorities, strikes and other labor disputes, transportation accidents, spread of infectious diseases, declaration of emergency, or other reasons beyond the Company's control, united shall not be liable for damages or any other liability for failure to fulfill its obligations under the Service Usage Contract due to reasons beyond its control.

Article 17 (Notification to Service Users)

Service Users agree that united will provide Service Users with notifications in one of the following methods.

(1) Notices will be posted within the Service. In this case, Service Users shall be deemed to have been notified when the notice is posted.

(2) Notices will be posted on the Company's website. In this case, notification to Service Users will be deemed to be complete when posted.

(3)Service Users will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail address that they provided to united at the time of application for use or thereafter. In this case, notification to Service Users shall be deemed to be complete when an e-mail is sent to Service Users' e-mail addresses.

(4) Other methods will be used as deemed appropriate by united. In this case, notification to Service Users will be deemed to be completed at the time specified by united in said notification.

Article 18 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

Service Users represent and warrant that

(1) Service Users represent and warrant that they have not, in the past or in the future, been involved with antisocial forces (including organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, quasi-constituents of organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, general assemblymen, socially motivated individuals, political motivated individuals, or special intelligence violent groups. (The same shall apply hereinafter.) (1) The applicant is not a quasi-organized crime syndicate member, does not engage in transactions with antisocial forces, does not cooperate or participate in the maintenance or operation of antisocial forces through the provision of funds or other actions, and does not intentionally interact with antisocial forces in any other way.

(2) That they will not, by themselves or through the use of a third party, commit violent or threatening acts such as assault, injury, threats, extortion, intimidation, or demands using fraudulent methods such as spreading rumors or false information, unreasonable demands exceeding reasonable limits, obstruction of business, or damage to reputation or trust, against the Company or the Company's employees.

(3) Not to engage in any acts such as informing the Company or third parties that they themselves are antisocial forces or that they have a relationship with antisocial forces.

Article 19 (Transfer of Status under Service Usage Contract, etc.)

1 Service Users may not transfer, succeed, sell, trade, change the name of, or pledge as collateral their positions in the Service Usage Contract or their rights or obligations with respect to the Service Usage Contract to any third party.

2 In the event that SOFTBANK TELECOM transfers or succeeds to the business pertaining to the Service to a third party (hereinafter referred to as "Business Transfer, Etc.) (2)In the event that united transfers or succeeds the business pertaining to the Service to a third party (hereinafter referred to as "Business Transfer, etc."), united may transfer or succeed the position under the Service Usage Contract, rights and obligations under the Service Usage Contract, and authority to handle Account Information to the transferee of said Business Transfer, etc. without obtaining separate consent from Service Users.

Article 20 (Survival of Obligations)

Even in the event that a Service Usage Contract is terminated, Service Users are not relieved of obligations that arose prior to the termination of the Service Usage Contract.

Article 21 (Modification of Terms and Conditions)

1 united may change the Terms of Use without obtaining Service Users' prior consent in the following cases. In such cases, united will notify Service Users of the revised Terms of Service in advance.

(1) When changes to the Terms of Service conform to the general interests of Service Users.

(2) When modification of the Terms of Service is not contrary to the purpose of the Service Usage Contract, and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the modification, reasonableness of the modified contents, and other circumstances surrounding the modification.

2 In addition to the preceding paragraph, united may change the Terms of Service by obtaining the consent of Service Users to such changes.

3 Service Users shall be deemed to have agreed to changes in the Terms of Service in the following cases.

(1) When united notifies Service Users of proposed changes to the Terms of Service and the date of the changes to the Terms of Service at least one month prior to the changes, and Service Users do not express their opposition to the changes to the Terms of Service in writing to united by the date of the changes to the Terms of Service.

(2)When united notifies Service Users of proposed changes to the Terms of Service and the date of change to the Terms of Service, and Service Users use the Service after the date of change.

Article 22 (Jurisdiction)

Lawsuits between Service Users and united regarding the Terms of Service or Service Usage Contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saitama District Court as the court of first instance.
