Article 2 (Gems)

(1) Service Users may, in a manner prescribed by united, use Gems that can be used in services provided by united in the amount of money presented within the Service by united. Furthermore, united may set usage periods and other conditions for the use of Gems by Service Users, and the set conditions, etc. will be posted within the Service or services operated by united.

(2) When Service Users express their intention to use Gems (purchase products from the Service) in a manner prescribed by united, the contract between Service Users and united regarding the use of said Gems will be established, and the total amount of usage will be determined.

(3) If a Service User who uses Gems is a minor, said Service User must obtain the prior consent of a person with parental authority regarding the use of Gems.

(4) When a minor uses Gems, the Company shall deem that the person with parental authority has used said Gems.

(5) Service Users' usage balances displayed in the Service or in other services provided by the Company will be recorded in the telecommunications equipment used to provide the Service and other services operated by the Company, and will be linked to the Account Information.

Article 3 (Use of Gems)

(1) Gems may be used for the use of products within the services operated by united.

(2) Service Users may acquire products offered by united within the limits of their Gem balance.

(3) When Service Users use Gems to purchase products from united, the amount of payment for the product will be deemed to have been made by deducting the price of the product from the balance of Gems. Unless otherwise specified, Gems granted by united to Service Users free of charge within the Service will be used first.

(4)Service Users may check the balance of their Gems within the services provided by united. Service Users shall be responsible for managing and checking the increase or decrease of their Gems.

Article 4 (Handling of Gems)

(1) Gems are valid for 6 months from the date they are granted.

(2) The Company will not refund any Gems acquired by users, except as required by law. The refund method and conditions for refunding Gems in cases where refunds are required by law shall be posted in a manner separately determined by the Company.

Article 5 (Prohibition of Redemption, etc.)

No content acquired through the service may be sold, transferred, loaned, or borrowed (including but not limited to RMT [Real Money Trade]), whether directly, through a third party intermediary, or through Internet auctions or any other means, for monetary or other real-world consideration. (including, but not limited to, RMT [Real Money Trade]). (This includes, but is not limited to, the giving or receiving of money or other real-world compensation for the user's actions within the Service.) (2) The transfer of Gems is prohibited.

Article 6 (Transfer of Gems, etc.)

Service Users may not assign, lend, gift, or otherwise transfer Gems or products to a third party, nor may they pledge or otherwise create a security interest in them.

Article 7 (Suspension of Gem Purchases and Usage, etc.)

When any of the following applies to Service Users, united may take any measures (including but not limited to suspension of the use of Gems) it deems appropriate against the Service User. (including, but not limited to, suspension of the use of Gems) to Service Users. 1.

1. Cases in which Service Users acquire or use Gems or products in an unauthorized manner. 2.

2. when Service Users violate the Terms of Service

3. other cases in which united deems the use of the Service by Service Users to be inappropriate.
