STEP 2 Notification of assessment results (generally within 2 business days)
We will contact you with a detailed statement of the assessed value of each item via “contact us”.

STEP 3 Reply to the assessment results
Please send your response to the assessed value of each item from “contact us”.
※In the case of return, you will be charged "FedEx”.

STEP 1 Payment to you
After accepting the valuation, we will proceed with the payment method you have selected in "the request form"
＜If you would like to transfer the money via PayPal＞
we will transfer it to the address you specify.
In addition, 5% of the assessed value will automatically be given to Get24 as a Gem.
＜If you would like to receive the appraisal amount in Gems＞
We will give you 120% of the appraisal amount in Gems.
You can use the Gem on this site or at Get24.
STEP 2 Report of Completion of Procedures
As soon as STEP 1 is complete, we will notify you via the “contact us” form.
